Un sans domicile fixe (SDF): a homeless person. You know how the French love acronyms.

One night, Jérôme and I were joking that I was rocking the “SDF chic” look because I hadn’t washed my hair (assimilating!) and was wearing a fur coat. Then later that night, I forgot my keys in my apartment and had to text my host mom, and she said, “Now you really are an SDF!!!” Well played, Sabine.
